Rooibos: Hand harvested, machine cut and dried (no fermentation). Honeybush: Hand harvested, machine cut and fermented.
Our farmers, Robert Bergh and Johan Kritzinger are dedicated to producing expectational products. Zeekovlei farm is nestled in the Cederberg Ranges between Clanwilliam and Lambert’s Bay on the West Coast of South Africa. Mr Kritzinger oversees honeybush operations on Groendal in the Kou-Kamma municipality, famous for its generational honeybush farming. Crops harvested for NOOA are done so by hand and are organic and RFA certified.
