unique variety of fynbos, endemic to a small area of the Western Cape
in South Africa.
Our farmers tend their crops with great care before selecting only the most delicate tips of the rooibos needle. These are then fermented to
create Grade-A red rooibos, or, by halting oxidization, the very best Grade-A green rooibos.

Mr Kritzinger oversees honeybush operations on Groendal in the Kou-Kamma municipality, famous for its generational honeybush farming. Crops harvested for NOOA are done so by hand and are organic and RFA certified.
