I am fortunate to have led the sourcing, development, roasting and curating of some of the best coffee and tea products from around the globe. I particularly enjoy challenging myself to continually improve on quality, sustainability and superior taste and roasting profiles.
Born in Australia, after high school I pursued my passion for unique travel experiences, winter sports and trail running, before settling in Cape Town, South Africa. With an Australian’s love for coffee and café culture, it was natural for me to step into a creative role in a coffee space that allowed and encouraged innovation. I found my perfect fit in NOOA’s focus on sustainability, quality and uniqueness across all aspects of menu and product design.
